EXAMPLE FOR AN HP LAPTOP (physical product)
The description of the HP laptop is as follows:

- fairly used,

- 4 gigabyte RAM,
- 1 terabyte storage capacity ,
- keyboard lights,
- DVD/CD drive,

Pictures were provided by the seller and have been saved for reference.

A video was sent too and is safely kept.

Seller will waybill the laptop from Lagos to Kaduna within 3 business days, to arrive by September__, 20__ latest.
Transportation has been included in the cost of the transaction, hence seller will settle the transporters so that buyer will not have to pay when picking up the product.

EXAMPLE FOR WEB DESIGN SERVICE (service or virtual product)
The web design service must have the following features:
- 3 front pages (Home, About, Contact)
- contact form on contact page, connected to email address.
- eCommerce functionality for order placement (with necessary pages)
- online payment system with debit card, USSD, etc.
- 3 custom email addresses that match with domain name
- reflect brand colour (blue and white)

Designer will finish up and deliver the work within 2 weeks (14 days).

Explanation:
Use a new line to mention each specific feature, until you mention all the features that are of utmost importance (without which the product may not be accepted by the buyer).
If the product is such that has a model and serial number, always start the description with stating these and other identifying IDs.
If the product description exists at some other place that it was advertised, you can copy it from there and paste here (also paste the web link if available).
If applicable, please state if pictures and/or videos of the product was provided by the seller. If they have, the pictures and/videos should be kept by the buyer for later reference when we ask for it.
If applicable, any arrangement for transportation should also be mentioned here.
